First thing you need to do is call us at 1-800-698-5957, and we will handle the rest. We will contact the golf course and check on the conditions, and see if the golf course is having play on their course. If the course is not playable and is allowing golfers to cancel due to weather, you will receive a FULL refund. If the golf course is having all players going out, they will not allow us to refund you.

Unfortunately yes! During the winter season, there may be frost delays from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours long, depending on the conditions of the course. Some courses don't even start taking tee times until after 8 AM to insure the pace of play.

| 13. Do the golf courses provide shuttle service to and from the Phoenix Airport? |
No - none of the Arizona golf courses provide shuttle services to the airport. We suggest taking taxis or renting a car. If you have a larger group, we can arrange Shuttle service for you.

You can bring them or rent them at the courses. We help reserve clubs through the courses for you.

No, you can have each golfer may separately. We would just need you give the itinerary number to the other golfers, and then they can call us and pay individually.

Yes. Since we offer you a discounted rate for Arizona golf, we must take prepayment for the golf.

| 18. What is the cancellation policy for the golf courses? If I need to cancel what do I need to do? |
Cancellation would need to be done PRIOR to 72 hours to receive a refund. If you cancel within the cancellation period, we cannot guarantee a refund. We do our best to get you a refund, but it is ultimately at the discretion of the golf course. If you need to cancel your tee time, you would just need to contact us directly and let us know and we will handle the rest.
